SUMMARY:XV Vienna International Christmas Choir Festival
DESCRIPTION:With pleasure we INVITE you (Children’s\, Youth & Adults Choral groups) to participate on  XV Vienna International  Christmas Choir festival  which will be held on 27 – 30 November  2025 \n   The Festival light motive is to present and promote choral music of different countries\, exchange experience and to provide an opportunity for the members of groups to get together\, to establish friendships and culture presentation. \nVienna – is magical city with long hstory and culture monuments. It is the city of culture and art in Europe. \nEvery choir\, singing formation\, vocal groups accompany with orchestra or not  has the right to participate\, Children’s choirs  Youth choirs \, adult choirs \, mixed\, mans or femails choirs are invited to participated… \n–  In order to apply\,  application form must be sent\, including a 3 photo of the choir and one of the conductor \, short CV of the choir (5-6 sentences on English) and video link of your resently performing\, \n   –     Festival  is not competitive and the singing program depend of the conductur \n–     The program should be from  12-14 minutes. \nBy applying to the Festival the choir agrees to respect and to regulate the legal rights of the authors of the works it performs and agrees to give right to the Festival to use any material recorded during the Festival. \n–  Choirs need to have own transportation to the Vienna \n– to bring flag of the country \n  \nAccommodation Information:\nAccommodation for the groups: \nParticipation fee is  \n– 124 euro per person for 3 BB in luxury  A&T hostel in the center of the city  www.athostel.com in  mutibad rooms  \n– 156 Euro per person – for 3 BB – accommodatiоn in 3* hotels like HOTEL ASTORIA\, APART HOTEL BIANKA\,  \n– 179 euro per person – for 3 BB – accommodation in 4* EVENT HOTEL Pyramide or Arion City hotel 4* hotel… \nIt covers hotel accommodation 3 nights (bad and breakfast (OPEN BUFFET) – in multibad rooms on selected hotel… dinner is additional 20 euro in 3* hotel and 25 euro in 4* hotel.. \nFor  double rooms are additional 15 euro per person per day…single room 25 euro per person per day.. \nPrice not include tour tax ( 2 euro per day per person) and facultative excursions. \nFestival organizers provide: \n–         for 25 participants – one gratis\, \n–         souvenir and gift for each group\, \n–         certificate for attendance\,\, \n–   advertising of the festival (press release\, social media promotion\, posters and flayers). \nInsurance:\nPersonal responsibility and health insurance are within the other obligations of the groups. First Aid and Medical Hospital will be available\, medical services must be covered by the group \nTransportation: The festival will organize the transport for the groups coming by plane by picking them up from  airport\, during the festival days and back to the same  airport and  inform you how much it will cost. \n  \nProgram Information:\n Program proposal \nDay 1\n \n\n12.00 – 14.00  Arriving in Vienna\,accommodatiom\nMeeting with director of the festival\n\nDay 2 \n\n 08.00 -10.00 Breakfast\,\n 12.00- 14.30 Festival day\n      Free time\n\n   Day 3 \n\n 09.00 -10.00 Breakfast\,\n10.00 -16.00 Vienna sightseeing\n19.00 -22.00 Dinner in the city with traditional music  (optional)\n\n  \n   Day 4 \n\n09.00 -10.00 Breakfast\,\n11.00  Departure\n\nExcursions Information:\nVienna is one of the world’s most popular tourist destinations\, rich in cultural offerings and history. Participants will have the opportunity to experience the charm of this once-imperial city\, known for its stunning architecture and vibrant cultural life.
